Professor Charles HadleyUniversity Research Professor Emeritus of Political Science and former Chair of UNO's Department of Political Science Charles D. Hadley taught a block course, “American Political Institutions,” taken by 38 students at the University of Innsbruck, December 4-18, 2009.  While there, he also gave a well attended public presentation & discussion, “President Obama: First Year Review,” sponsored by the Department of Political Science and The American Corner of the University of Innsbruck, and Center Austria of The University of New Orleans.
