On the occasion of 25 years of the Austrian Marshall Plan Center

A warm congratulations to Center Austria: The Austrian Marshall Plan Center for European Studies in New Orleans on your 25th anniversary! From the beginning, Center Austria has distinguished itself as a premier hub of U.S.-Austrian academic and scientific relations in the United States.

Founded in 1997 and with the help of the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation, the Center is truly a prime example of how the Marshall Plan continues to support academic exchanges and the Austrian educational landscape to this very day.

I congratulate everyone involved in Center Austria on this important milestone, and thank you for your ongoing contributions to the strong and enduring ties between the United States and Austria.
