In the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the security dynamics of Eastern Europe have been thrust into the global spotlight. The ramifications of this aggression extend far beyond the borders of Ukraine, posing significant challenges to regional stability and global security.

As we grapple with the aftermath of this invasion, it is crucial to consider the potential ripple effects. Could Russia's expansionist ambitions extend to other neighboring countries? The specter of further invasions looms large, raising concerns about the

sovereignty and security of nations like Moldova and the Baltic States. The situation demands urgent attention and decisive action. Now more than ever, it is imperative for the international community to come together and address these pressing issues head-on. Our guest speaker Dr. Alla Rosca will provide valuable insights and analysis of this challenging situation.

Dr. Alla Rosca is an Associate Researcher at Edgewater Research in New Orleans, LA, USA., and an Associate Expert of the Foreign Policy Association of Moldova in Chisinau, Moldova. She is a founder of the Information and Documentation Center on NATO in Moldova and President of the World Affairs Council of New Orleans (WACNO).
